I would like to say that the auditor was extremely knowledgeable and was able to establish very quickly that she had the ability to talk with all members of staff regardless of their stance within the company and we gained a lot from this audit when compared to others from other companies.
Thank you also for providing us with the certificates and audit report very quickly, again previously with other companies we have had to wait until the current certificate had almost expired before we receive the replacement.
