The Chinese company YANTAI EVERSUN who supply dried apple products have sent at least one company in the UK a fake BRC certificate which appears to show that they are currently certificated for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.

This is a FAKE. We last audited this company in 2016 but they were not audited by us in 2017 and our certificate expired. Thus they do not appear on the BRC Directory.

A reminder to all companies: when they are offered a BRC Certificate by a supplier they must always be checked on the BRC Directory.
