We had an excellent meeting with all our food safety auditors, including our UK BRC auditors and the rest of the BRC Certification team this month. This one was held at Fordhall Farm in Market Drayton, our local, famous organic farm. They provided all the food which was lovely of course.
Thanks to this very long-standing client for reminding us how long we have been doing audits against what is now the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
This was of course even before anyone was accredited. We were among the first group of companies to be accredited by UKAS when all those CBs involved were accredited on the same day in 2000.
Well done to Pittas Foods also, for maintaining their certification for all this time.
