Where to begin?

OK well the Global Standards series began back in 1998 with the first issue of  what is now the Food Safety Standard. In the years between then and now it has become used throughout the world and therev are now over 15000 certified sites. The reason for this is its acceptance by nearly all the major purchasing groups such as retailers and catering suppliers as a standard for food safety.

As a result of this success there are three other standards in the BRC suite. Micron2 is pleased to offer audits against both the Food Standard and the Storage and Distribution Standard.
